Rosie and the rabbits
Rosie (Roosvelt Pierre) comes by several times a day to make sure that the bunnies get fed. There are 23 right now. They are kept separate from the mamas until they are a bit bigger or mama will inadvertently step on 'em. Ouch!
Yes, that's the plan. The kids need more meat and protein than we can afford so we have to augment their diets with goats, rabbits, chickens when we can. The rabbit project is finally starting to work just as the goat project is.
