Dr. Jerry testing a child for diabetes. Jerry is from Anchorage, Alaska. Boy, is he far from home. We are truly blessed to have these 'angels of mercy' helping us out this week.

Here, Dr Jerry is actually testing for HIV with a nifty oral swab kit. We do have the ability to check for diabetes, but that involves a finger prick, a less welcome proposition for the kids!!
We're working on testing all the kids for HIV and TB.
Good to see all this great medical work being done and to see my sister smiling as always!
